I was able to try some "Seared Ahi Tuna" at Outback, Makati last night, and wow,... it packs a full smoky pepper flavor, rich in spices...but doesn't over power the lightly seared Tuna meat that dreamily melts in your mouth, just like one of those choice cut raw Tuna meat in Japanese sushi's.
The sharp tang that goes along it comes from the 2 select choices of dips, the lemony, sour yelloe vinaigrette, and the salsa type one.
It might come a bit expensive for my usual fare (Php200++ per half order) for an appetizer, but is sure is something that could make you comeback to this place establishment for.
The taste of food, its texture...it can bring you to places you never thought of...a combination of flavors that toy arond with the senses...come join the adventure...
